1borneo Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1borneo platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Last updated: 2026. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 1borneo platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To register an account and use 1borneo's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required under applicable local law, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
- Register only one personal account; multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.
1borneo reserves the right to verify user eligibility information at any time and to request identity verification documents as required for compliance purposes.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by underage individuals is prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed immediately.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1borneo reserves the right to verify the information provided and to reject or suspend an account if any details are found to be inaccurate or misleading.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
Password Security & Account Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 1borneo will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have reported a loss of access to us before that activity took place. 1borneo shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials by a third party.
Prohibited Platform Activities
Users are prohibited from using the 1borneo platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform or its users. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations is a serious violation and will result in immediate action including account closure and legal proceedings.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 1borneo platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, and other approved methods from time to time. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits & Verification
Deposits made via approved methods are typically credited to your account within a short timeframe, subject to processing times set by the bank or payment provider. 1borneo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Users must ensure all payment details are accurate before confirming a transaction; deposits sent to the wrong destination due to user error may be non-refundable.
Withdrawals
Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification before it can be processed. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard processing times in place. 1borneo reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The 1borneo platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 1borneo does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service interruptions, or data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1borneo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes or technical failures of third-party payment systems.
Users acknowledge that participating in games and betting carries real financial risk and accept that all decisions made are entirely their own personal responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 1borneo platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, images, and software — is the property of 1borneo or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property law.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any content on the 1borneo platform without prior written consent from 1borneo. Unauthorised use of content for commercial purposes is a serious violation and will be subject to legal action.
The 1borneo name and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of 1borneo. Users may not use the name or logo for any purpose without prior written consent.
6. Account Policies, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
1borneo reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or taken any action that compromises the integrity of the platform. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach may be forfeited at 1borneo's sole discretion.
The 1borneo platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 1borneo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users are required to review third-party terms separately.
1borneo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
